Our Facilities

Everything at Timberwagon Farm is geared towards your horse’s safety and comfort. Owners live 100 steps from the barn, and the barn is monitored via video livestream.

Stables

  • Each of our 14 deeply bedded 12×12 stalls is matted, with fans and a fly system
  • Our stalls are designed to allow horses to socialize safely, with windows to the extra-wide aisle and outside and partial open bars privacy walls between neighbors
  • Three wash stall cross ties and 2 extra wide vet/ farrier barn aisle cross ties are available to ensure convenient care. Wash stalls have hot water available
Turnout
  • Horses in turnout are monitored to ensure safe behavior is maintained
  • Five medical mini-paddocks between 25x25ft and 30×30 ft to allow your rehabbing horse to have some fresh air while ensuring limited movement
  • Eight medium to full size pastures are well maintained with access to quality grass and clean water

Other Facilities

  • 210×105 ft arena with high quality, well drained natural footing is groomed daily
  • Access to natural walking paths around the facility, as well as bridle paths through the forest
  • Access to therapeutic supportive services including Magnawave PEMF, multi-spectral cold laser and red light therapies, massage and bodywork, in house solarium, and among other services
